At the push of a button, switch between the steady-on mode and either a slow or fast flashing mode! The steady-on mode creates a continuous ribbon of light in motion, while the flashing modes creates streaky trails of light, like long dashes in motion. These finger lights utilize an ultra-thick sturdy elastic band that goes around the finger and fits almost anyone. Each light uses 3 included replaceable AG10 batteries.
