Electro-luminescent technology creates multiple pulsating patterns right on your hat! The flexible animated design is stitched onto the cap and lays completely flat (does not bulge out). The animation is powered by 2 easily replaceable AAA batteries (not included) which sit in a comfortable hidden compartment inside the cap.
