The normal full e-shirt and EL-shirt sets come with a panel, driver, and tee. The tee is specially designed to hold the panel & driver securely. If you are not wearing the panel though, or if you otherwise don't need the shirt, you can buy a panel and driver separately. Requires 4 AAA batteries (not included).
